These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site.
Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones. It is accepted that once an order is completed that you as the customer have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions and all related policies.
All submitted orders are accepted as checked and correct by you.
All orders will only be processed once payment in full is received.
Please note - even though our ordering and payment process is automated, all packing is done manually. If your item is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you for further instructions, failing so we will issue a refund.
Upon finalising your order and submitting, it is taken as an acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between Airsoft Zone and yourself. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case you will receive an email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse and decline any order for any reason. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds unless otherwise stated. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. This will obviously be suggested and will only be substituted when agreed by yourself.
Non-availabilities and Substitutions may cause a delay to the order.
IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the product(s) to you. We will contact you where we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Electron & Paypal Checkout. Payment is deducted when you complete your order. Please ensure that you are the owner of the card you are using or have express permission to use it.
For international orders it is recommended that you email us your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quote you for the shipping which is additional, once accepted we will then send you an email for the total. For all international orders we only accept paypal payments & will send you a paypal invoice once we have totalled up your email order with international shipping charges and paypal fees. We do not and cannot offer any form of warranty for all international orders
If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.
UKARA / VCR Act
If you order a product that comes under the VCR act 2007, you will be required to have a UKARA license other valid defense (re-enactors, museum, etc.) or to have the product made compliant to the act.
Please note that the UKARA paintjob is done to legally purchase a replica firearm and is not a custom paintjob service, as such there may be imperfections.
Please also note that orders containing UKARA / VCR paintjobs will be painted to order and as such will take extra 2-3 working days to process.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver any goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire explosion or accident.
Airsoft Zone’s Return Policy
*Please note that all postage of any item for whatever reason sent back to us will NOT be refunded, however in the case of faulty products, damaged products or any situation that requires a replacement, postage back to you will be covered by us. This does not apply if you simply want to return a product to be exchanged for another. In this case postage must be paid by you both ways.
Change of Mind Cancellations
You can return your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days following the day you receive the goods by:
- emailing us at email@example.com if you ordered a product online (subject or title line of your email 'Returns'). Please include your full contact details and details of the return.
Postage will not be refunded. Postage back to us will not be covered.
Refunds will only be made after the purchase item/s are returned to us. All refunds will incur a £1 transaction charge.
Your returned product must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used in any way. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- you have used the product in any way,
- any irreplaceable seal has been broken,
- the goods were a special order to your specification (ie. VCR paintjob) or specially ordered for you.
Whilst the goods are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within the warranty period (specified in the "product warranty" section) of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or offer a replacement. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
- in otherwise 'as new' condition
- complete with the original box and packaging, accessories and any free gifts offered with it.
As soon as a manufacturing fault is encountered please do not attempt any self-repair, stop use and immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and title the email ' Faulty products'. Please include all contact and order details and a short description of the fault. Our Staff member will get back to you very shortly.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear and consumable items.
Postage back to us will not be refunded however in the case of a replacement, repair or exchange we will send the replaced/repaired goods back to you free of charge.
Sale items, discount codes, special promotions and prize giveaways
We reserve the rights to refuse any discount code, special promotions and prize giveaways if deemed necessary for whatever reason.
Discount codes can only be used before the expiry dates provided and can only be used on non sale and non special promotion items. Discount codes and special promotions do not apply to shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
We, our Group companies and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. For permission to link to us please email us at email@example.com.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Items sold on this website are intended for normal domestic and consumer use and are not intended for resale or commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse access to this website, to remove or edit content, or to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you, and we will reimburse any payment made by you. Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre-release orders and specified offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Warranty periods for our products will apply for all items from the date of the purchase and are as follows:
12 months: AEG’s made by G&P, G&G and Tokyo Marui
6 months: any other AEG’s
3 months: Gas powered products (pistols, rifles, etc.)
3 months: rechargeable batteries, chargers and all engineering work
1 month: any other items not specified above
All or any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

When you return an item always return a copy of your invoice and a note of your name, address, tel number and a brief description of why you are returning it.
In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact us immediately to discuss your problem. In the event that the product is indeed faulty and warrants a replacement, the original product must first be returned to us for inspection. Once our staff and engineer confirm the fault, at our discretion a replacement may then be arranged.
No refunds or replacements will be given on any product that has been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse. In these cases, all warranty on the product is voided.
Unwanted products must be returned to us within 7 days with a letter explaining the situation and must be, un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary packet of BB's and the original invoice. If opened or used in anyway, the item cannot be returned.
All refunds will have the original cost of postage and the cost of the refund (£1) deducted from them. You are responsible for return postage costs.
NO refunds can be issued on products that have been custom built to order or sprayed to order.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM US YOURSELF - DOING SO WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.
PLEASE OBSERVE ANY ADVICE PROVIDED CONCERNING BATTERY TYPES AND POWER, AS USING AN INCORRECT BATTERY IN YOUR NEW AEG WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY. FOR GAS GUNS USING ANY GAS OTHER THEN STATED TYPES WILL ALSO VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
QUALITY OF BB’s IS IMPORTANT! DO NOT USE CHEAP MADE IN CHINA BB’s. APPROVED BRAND OF BB’s ARE ASG BLASTER, ASG BLASTER DEVIL, G&G, EXCEL, TOKYO MARUI, MADBULL MATCH GRADE. USING ANY OTHER BB’s IN PRODUCTS BOUGHT FROM US WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
Conditions of the Warranty
Original receipt required as proof of purchase. No products will be worked on under these terms without original proof of purchase.
Our warranty cover does not include:
- any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair
- any breakages and faults as a result of accidental/negligent damage or misuse
- any routine maintenance required
- any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by Airsoft Zone
- any upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by our staff
- any faults arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's (see above)
- any faults arising from a gas replica/product being used with the wrong gas
- any faults caused by the product being altered or adjusted in any way from its original format (unless carried out by our engineers)
Do not store BB’s in magazines over a long period of time.

Do not use in the cold. Gas products will not work well/at all in the cold.

Airsoft Zone may change the terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time.
English law governs these conditions of use and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
All gift vouchers have a nominal value of £0.01, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
All discount coupons exclude all G&G products unless explicitly stated otherwise on the coupon.
